Terms of Donation: All clients must be at least 19 years of age and must possess a valid debit or credit card issued by a bank acceptable by WeGotDank. By placing a donation order on this Website, you warrant that all the information you provide is true and accurate; that you are an authorized card holder and user of the credit/debit card used to place an order; that there are sufficient funds available to make your donation and receive your product.
Products on this website are subject to availability. WeGotDank retains the right to refuse any donation order, at any time, for any reason. Recommended donation orders are subject to changes.
Shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to delays from unforeseeable circumstances for which WeGotDank will not be responsible.

By donating today, I am authorizing the credit card I provide to be charged. By confirming the order, I agree to the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions and I understand that I will be liable for payment of products delivered to me.
Payment
On receipt of your donation order WeGotDank will seek authorization for payment from your card issuing financial institution. Your card will be debited upon receipt of authorization, and funds received will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you have donated to.
Pricing and Availability
Errors in recommend donation, availability and product description may occur despite efforts to ensure accuracy. If WeGotDank discovers any errors in your donation order, then we will inform you regarding the error, and you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel the donation order. If we are unable to contact or if you cancel the product after you have submitted a payment, then you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs are in addition to product prices.
Return and Refund Policy
- All flower and hash products are sold with a 30-day, money-back guarantee refund policy for new and unopened items based on the date of purchase.(this does not include CBD, edibles, shatters, distillates and oil products)
- All products in excess of 30 days are considered final. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delivery is an error made by WeGotDank.
- All returns must be returned to WeGotDank address that will be provided by contacting us at info@wegotdank.com.
- Upon receiving the returned product,we will check the product out ,confirm it is the same as what we gave you,and you will get a full refund.
- Refunds may take up to four weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement.
